Acceptance

By accessing or using Conduit at conduit-cards.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Conduit is currently in beta and is provided free of charge.

What Conduit Does

Conduit provides condition-specific market price estimates for ungraded Pokémon trading cards, derived from real sold listings on eBay and third-party pricing APIs. Conduit is an informational tool — it is not a marketplace, broker, or financial advisor.

Price Data Disclaimer

All prices shown on Conduit are estimates based on historical sold listings and may not reflect current market conditions. Conduit makes no guarantee that:

• Any card will sell at the shown price
• Pricing data is complete, accurate, or up to date
• Condition assessments performed using the wizard will match professional grading outcomes

Do not rely solely on Conduit prices for high-value transactions. Always cross-reference with live marketplace listings before buying or selling.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or bulk-query Conduit APIs
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Conduit application or its pricing algorithms
• Submit false or misleading data via the waitlist, feedback, or assessment forms
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access for users who abuse the Service.

Beta Service

Conduit is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice
• We may experience downtime or data loss
• Pricing accuracy is being actively improved

By using the beta, you acknowledge these limitations and agree not to hold Conduit liable for any decisions made based on beta pricing data.

Intellectual Property

The Conduit name, logo, and application code are owned by Conduit. Card images are sourced from the Pokémon TCG API (pokemontcg.io) and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK inc.

Conduit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any official Pokémon TCG entity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conduit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss, missed sales, incorrect condition assessments, or any other damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to hello@conduit-cards.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
